Can we book group- cycling tours with Holland Bike Tours?

At Holland Bike Tours you can book a tour with a big group of friends- or family. Some guest like to cycle with a big group of road cyclist, others a group of recreational cyclist. Both we can accommodate. Together with your travel advisor from Holland Bike Tours we will customize the perfect tour for your group.

Cycling with a big group has other elements then riding with a small group. Such as accommodation, tour support and lunch stops.

Accommodation
When with a big group it is not always possible to arrange small scale hotels. Depending on availability/group size and room layout specifics it is possible that we choose to arrange bigger scale accommodations. Most bigger scale hotels have single, double, twin, triple and family rooms available.

Support van
Groups, especially road cyclist, often prefer to have a private service-van to join them along the way. At Holland Bike Tours this is no problem.

Lunch
When having a van joining you along the way, the driver can set up lunch/picknick for you along the way. Though at Holland Bike Tours we can also arrange a table at a restaurant for lunch stops along the way.

Route options
Being a group of recreational cyclist but with different speeds/experience? Then we can always discuss the options of making two routes. A bigger and a shorter route option, with each their own GPS. This way each rider can decide in the morning what distance to cycle.

Guides
At Holland Bike Tours, the tours are often individually guided by GPS. Though when with a bigger group the option of booking a guide becomes more interesting. The price for a guide will be split by the amount of participants. The exact price depends on the area of cycling and if we have to arrange accommodation/ lunch and/or dinner and a travel allowance.
