Cycling along the beautiful coastal bicycle path in the Netherlands is something special. Excellent biking through the dunes, along sandy beaches and quaint harbor villages.
Holland has many historic cities and towns of interest to cyclists. Relaxed cycling in Delft, Haarlem, Leiden, Gouda, Alkmaar or Schoonhoven. And there is of course Amsterdam.
Woods, forests and heathland. The woodlands in Holland are concentrated mainly in the central Veluwe region and Drenthe. With numerous bicycling paths these are cyclists paradises.
The best way to experience the Dutch tulips, daffodils, hyacints and other flowers in bloom is during a bike tour! The flowering season in Holland lasts 5 to 6 weeks (April-May).
