See here some of the recent innovations in Dutch cycling. Also in Amsterdam there is a 3 store high parking garage for bicycle's. Though this one in Utrecht is indoors and so much better! With 22,5 million bicycles (for 17 million people) you can imagine these garages are really necessary.
